Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Planning Clerk for our Pasir Gudang, Johor site. You will assist with production planning, material availability, inventory control, and ensuring on-time customer order fulfillment in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2–5 years in Production, Material, or Supply Chain Planning, with strong forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Production, Material, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement, planning, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic English reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production orders, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production, change implementation, and customer order fulfillment.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify capacity or demand gaps, and support continuous improvement in supply chain planning.
