Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a supply chain planner to manage end-to-end operations from backlog to shipment planning to meet revenue targets and ensure strong on-time delivery to customers. You will collaborate with global Sales/Marketing/CSR and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize WIP, DOI, and inventory levels.

Qualifications

2+ years in complex supply chain planning; semiconductor experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with inventory control and management.

Responsibilities

Manage shipment estimates to meet PG revenue plan – liaise with Planning group – enough supply to meet customer demand.
Backlog management – manage RISO and unschd backlog, improve shipment date to match customer CRD, maximize weekly shipment to customer.
Responsible for customer OTD.
Supporting worldwide Sales/Marketing/CSR.
Develop strong capacity understanding for assembly and test operations to effectively manage WIP positioning and optimize Days of Inventory (DOI).
Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning/scheduling/shipment related issues.
