Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Business Planner to manage end-to-end supply and demand planning, driving on-time delivery, revenue attainment, and DOI targets. You will forecast shipments, release and expedite orders, and coordinate cross-departmental actions to resolve planning issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5–8 years of planning experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic conditions.
• Fluent in English in both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan.
• Release work orders and expedite to maintain DOI without impacting customer commitments.
• Responsible for customer OTD and CRD.
• Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to better manage WIP to meet ship plan.
• Manage inventory levels and work towards meeting DOI targets.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
