Job summary

Lumileds is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Staff Engineer in Malaysia to lead optimization projects that improve planning and execution across the supply chain. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable optimization models and work with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

Experience with optimization software and LP/CP concepts.
Ability to analyze Java/.Net code and data processing logic.
Proficient in writing SQL queries.
Ability to translate supply chain problems into tangible optimization solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute optimization projects in a timely manner following the Agile framework.
Develop and maintain customized planning and execution solutions to support business needs.
Provide first and second level support for optimization programs.
Analyze existing methodologies and implement robust process improvements to reduce inventory or improve service levels.
Drive consolidation towards harmonized supply chain processes.
Coach and train peers on new methods and tools via workshops and formal training.
