Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Technical Project Lead to drive development life cycle for Automotive and Non-Automotive LED products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with worldwide R&D, Product Marketing and Manufacturing to deliver new product concepts to production

The role requires a technically grounded professional with strong communication and issue-resolution skills, leading multi-regional teams to achieve high-volume, robust product releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science with minimum five years of engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated capability of Product Development Program according to Automotive product development process/methodology (Business creation process; APQP).
• Strong hands-on experience with Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, Process Flow, Control Plan and Failure Mode Effect & Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute Product Development programs (Automotive and Non-Automotive) according to BCP.
• Lead product development tasks from concept through design to product release (MPR).
• Support worldwide R&D, TSM and Product Marketing in new/customized product and technology roadmap execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians across disciplines to achieve timely, robust product releases.
• Ramp new products to high volume after release, ensure yield stabilization and improvement.
