Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Systems Manager to design and manage BI and analytics solutions supporting Supply Chain globally. You will translate business data into knowledge, enabling data-driven decisions across multiple functions and sites.

The role bridges IT and business, offering opportunities to develop both technical and commercial expertise while leading enterprise reporting platforms and advanced analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with BI development background.
• Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
• Database knowledge: SQL, Oracle, OLAP, ETL frameworks.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, SAP BW, SSRS, SSIS.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enterprise reporting platforms and BI solutions.
• Set project priorities, allocate resources, and define performance objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to management and leadership.
• Develop advanced analytics and KPI frameworks to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities for predictive analytics and trend analysis.
• Standardize reports across functions and sites and drive data-driven decisions.
