Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or CSCP/CPIM certification is an added advantage.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in glass manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer packaging is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing & Supplier Management, including procurement strategy and supplier negotiations.
• Oversee Warehouse Management, inventory control, and lean improvements.
• Manage Logistics & Distribution, including inbound/outbound, carriers, and customs compliance.
• Develop and execute Supply Chain Strategy with KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional team across Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse.
