Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in Production Planning, Procurement and Logistics.
• Solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems, Incoterms, HS Codes, and international shipping.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations
• Manage Production & Material Planning to support manufacturing schedules
• Drive Strategic Sourcing & Procurement of raw materials
• Oversee domestic & international Logistics, shipping, and delivery operations
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, HS Codes, import/export, and customs requirements
• Optimize inventory levels, supplier performance, and operational costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance
