Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Kuala Lumpur to own government relationships at state and district levels, supporting the Stakeholder Engagement Manager in delivering the public sector engagement strategy across Program Duta Guru and the Fellowship.

This role drives day-to-day interactions with JPN and PPD, coordinates engagement activities, and maintains a structured stakeholder database to inform strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in stakeholder engagement or related fields.
• Experience with government relations or public sector partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Own government relationships at state and district levels, engaging with key partners.
• Coordinate official programme communications and approvals for government-facing contexts.
• Plan stakeholder engagement activities and report outcomes.
