Job summary

RHB Investment Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an IT strategy leader to build and uphold strong IT capabilities, processes and skilled resources that support business growth and objectives.

You will develop, implement and manage the IT strategic plan, engage business units to align roadmaps, and lead teams across Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure and IT Security to ensure resilient, cost-effective IT solutions and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, IT Infrastructure and IT Security.
• Promote continuous learning and innovation within the IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend and implement the IT Strategic and Plan that supports Organization and Business objectives.
• Engage business and develop the appropriate IT strategy and roadmap to support business strategy.
• Lead and direct team in ensuring strong operation and reliable IT systems that supports Business objective, drawing support from Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Security.
• Develop a dynamic and strategic IT resource management plan to optimize allocation of IT resources to meet objectives.
• Build organizational strength through design and empowerment, coaching and succession planning.
• Promote and cultivate staff to maintain high-performance culture across the organization.
• Actively participate in Group Technology leadership forums and contribute to the Group's success.
