• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in portfolio/product management, with 8–10 years in supervisory roles.
• Proven experience in software delivery lifecycle and project management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning for the unit and align with IT delivery and business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize portfolio investments and OKRs.
• Drive product management activities including roadmaps, backlog, and vendor management.
• Oversee delivery management to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Develop leaders, mentor teams, and promote agile practices across the organization.
