Job summary

RHB Group is seeking an IT strategy and leadership role to build and sustain robust IT capabilities in service of business objectives. You will lead a team across IT functions and collaborate with Architecture, PMO, IT Security, and Infrastructure to deliver resilient, compliant, and cost-effective IT solutions.

The role focuses on developing strategic IT plans, optimizing resources, fostering continuous learning, and driving a culture committed to One RHB, results, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend and implement the IT strategy and plan aligned to Organization and Business objectives
• Engage business to craft IT strategy and roadmaps supporting business strategy
• Lead and direct teams to ensure strong operations and reliable IT systems
• Develop dynamic IT resource management to optimize utilization of IT resources
• Build organizational strength through design, coaching and succession planning
• Foster teamwork and collaboration within Group Technology
• Promote RHB culture (One RHB, Results Oriented, Customer First) and drive resiliency, risk management and compliance
• Enhance incident management capabilities and drive service recovery to meet regulatory requirements
• Build strategic relationships with technology providers to strengthen capabilities
• Define and manage IT Capex and Opex with Finance and Vendor Management
• Promote continuous learning and culture of innovation
• Mediate IT conflicts and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution
• Develop staff to sustain high-performance culture across the organization
• Participate in Group Technology leadership forums and contribute to overall success
• Be proactive and decisive in timely decision-making for critical issues
• Address regulatory and compliance demands with adherence to guidelines
