Mindox Techno in Senai, Malaysia, seeks a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of specialized semiconductor commodities. You will ensure ISO 9001:2015 alignment and drive vendor performance.

Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, RFQ leadership, cost-reduction programs, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and manufacturing teams. The role emphasizes data accuracy in ERP and vendor governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, SCM, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing in semiconductor equipment or precision engineering.
• Strong ERP & data-analysis skills with advanced Excel.
• Understanding of GD&T and technical drawings for supplier discussions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing & account management for key supplier groups.
• Lead RFQ for new projects, assess bids for cost, lead-time, and capability.
• Negotiate terms, monitor PPV, and optimize payment/delivery terms.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and coordinate ECN pricing changes.
