Job summary

Mindox Techno is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end commercial activities for specialized semiconductor commodities. You will drive vendor performance, cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 alignment while liaising with global suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in procurement, with strong ERP and Excel skills, and a basic understanding of GD&T. Location: Senai, Malaysia; on-site with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing in semiconductor equipment or precision engineering.
• Strong ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills for spend analysis.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and account management for a portfolio of strategic suppliers.
• Lead RFQ processes and supplier selection based on capability, cost and lead time.
• Negotiate terms, savings, and payment terms with vendors.
• Maintain ERP data integrity including lead times and pricing.
• Generate supplier scorecards and support audits.
