Job summary
Mindox Techno in Senai, Malaysia, is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end commercial aspects of semiconductor commodities. You will handle vendor performance, cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 alignment while acting as the primary liaison with global suppliers.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5+ years of procurement experience, plus strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/MD), advanced Excel, and GD&T knowledge to support Technical-Commercial
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing within semiconductor equipment or precision engineering.
- Strong ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills for spend analysis.
- GD&T and technical drawing knowledge for technical-commercial discussions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Account Management: Manage supplier portfolio and lead commercial negotiations; RFQ management for new projects.
- Commercial Execution & Cost Control: Achieve cost savings through bulk purchasing and favorable terms; monitor PPV.
- Copy Exact & Technical Alignment: Ensure BOM verification and ECN integration with AML.
- Performance & Compliance Monitoring: Maintain supplier scorecards and ERP data integrity.
