Job summary

Mindox Techno is seeking a Procurement Executive in Senai to manage end-to-end procurement for semiconductor commodities. You will lead supplier negotiations, oversee RFQs, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering and 5+ years in procurement, with strong ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in semiconductor/equipment sectors.
• Strong ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing & account management for a dedicated group of strategic suppliers.
• Lead RFQ processes and evaluate bids based on cost, lead-time, and technical capability.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
