Job summary

Mindox Techno is seeking a Procurement Executive in Senai, Malaysia to manage end-to-end procurement for semiconductor parts and subsystems. You will lead strategic supplier negotiations, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

This role requires 5+ years in procurement within the semiconductor or precision engineering sectors. You will coordinate with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and leverage advanced Excel for spend analytics, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in semiconductor equipment or precision engineering.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) for spend analysis.

Responsibilities

Strategic sourcing and account management: lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals with strategic suppliers.
Commercial execution and cost control: implement cost-saving programs and optimize terms to improve cash flow.
Copy exact and technical alignment: ensure BOM verification and ECN alignment with AML.
