Job summary

Mindox Techno in Senai, Malaysia seeks a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement for semiconductor parts, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 alignment and strong vendor performance. The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, ERP mastery, and advanced Excel.

You will negotiate terms, oversee RFQs, and drive cost reductions across global suppliers. The position focuses on vendor management, material pricing, and ensuring robust supply chain strategies within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or an Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in the semiconductor equipment or precision engineering sectors.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for spend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Portfolio Ownership: lead commercial negotiations, price benchmarking, and contract renewals.
• Secondary Sourcing: evaluate new suppliers to achieve 3 vendors per part for redundancy.
• RFQ Management: lead RFQ process, analyze bids to select partners by capability, cost, and lead-time.
• Negotiation & Savings: implement cost-saving programs through bulk purchasing and blanket orders.
• Price Variance Tracking: monitor PPV and market trends affecting margins.
• Terms Optimization: negotiate favorable payment and delivery terms to optimize cash flow.
• BOM Verification: ensure compliance with Golden Unit specs and AML.
