Job summary

Tungsten Automation is seeking a Sales Support Representative to act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to Account Executives and Channel Sales. You will guide product licensing, the GPL, and deal structures to support smooth execution and strong customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end deal processes, maintaining accurate SFDC data, and collaborating with Licensing, Legal, and Operations to meet approvals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Account Executives and Channel Sales, responding to inquiries and requests.
• Provide expert guidance on products, licensing, and the Global Price List (GPL) to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Deal Managers to structure deals aligned with customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot licensing issues and coordinate with Licensing or Technical Support to resolve them.
• Guide Sales in identifying and structuring deals, advising on revenue recognition policies and required approvals.
• Review and validate deal structures and proposals with Account Executives to ensure pricing and licensing accuracy.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure quote accuracy for reliable pipeline reporting.
• Proactively review deal pipelines, flag issues, and ensure approvals and compliance are completed.
• Coordinate quote creation with Inside Sales to ensure software quotes align with licensing rules and GPL.
• Assemble complete order packages and ensure purchase orders are reviewed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Order Fulfillment, Accounts Receivable, and other teams to resolve order processing issues.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Legal, Deal Management, Licensing, and Technical Support to drive deals to closure.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve sales processes, systems, and team effectiveness.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while adhering to governance and data privacy standards.
