We’re looking for a Sales Support Representative at Tungsten Automation to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to Account Executives and Channel Sales in driving revenue growth. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on products, parts, licensing, and the Global Price List (GPL), while acting as a key liaison across internal teams to support smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Support Representative serves as a deal specialist, bringing extensive product expertise and deep process knowledge to the sales organization. The primary role is to coordinate and support the end‑to‑end deal process, ensuring that every opportunity is efficiently and accurately managed in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Account Executives and Channel Sales, responding promptly to inquiries and requests
Provide expert guidance on products, licensing, and the Global Price List (GPL), ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered to stakeholders
Partner closely with Account Executives and Deal Managers to help structure deals that align with customer needs and internal compliance requirements
Troubleshoot licensing issues, determine the appropriate path to resolution, and coordinate with Licensing or Technical Support as needed
Guide Sales in identifying and structuring deals, including advising on revenue recognition guidelines, policies, and required approvals
Collaborate with Account Executives to review and validate deal structures and proposals, ensuring accuracy in pricing, licensing, and deal terms
Maintain accurate and current opportunity information in Salesforce (SFDC), including quote accuracy to support reliable pipeline reporting
Proactively review deal pipelines, flag items that require attention, and ensure approvals and compliance requirements are completed
Coordinate quote creation in partnership with the Inside Sales team to ensure software quotes align with licensing rules and the GPL
Assemble complete order packages, ensuring documentation is accurate and purchase orders are reviewed in a timely manner
Coordinate with Order Fulfillment, Accounts Receivable, and other internal teams to resolve issues affecting order processing, credit, or revenue recognition
Act as a bridge between Sales, Inside Sales, Legal, Deal Management, Licensing, Technical Support, and other departments to resolve issues and help drive deals to closure
Lead or participate in projects that improve sales processes, systems, and team effectiveness
Utilize AI-enabled tools, such as chatbots, documentation automation, and analytics assistants, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
