Job summary

Haier Electrical Appliances (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to analyze, review and monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales data and provide detailed insights.

You will plan and forecast sales targets, prepare Monthly Sales Meetings and the Annual Business Plan, and coordinate with teams to align initiatives. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis or business support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review and monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales data and provide detailed analysis of the sales performance.
• Plan and forecast sales targets.
• Prepare Monthly Sales Meetings and Annual Business Plan.
• Analyze and provide strategic insights on market conditions, competitor analysis, sales target vs actual, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with other teams to align strategic initiatives and action plans.
• Monitor department’s expense management including advertising & promotion expenses, travelling expenses, entertainment expenses etc.
• Prepare and provide any other data and report as requested by Management and Headquarter.
• Assist in providing any other related sales & operation administrative support with the Sales Team.
