Job summary

Haier Electrical Appliances (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth with assigned dealers in Malaysia. You will develop sales strategies, plan marketing activities, and ensure alignment with HQ objectives while maintaining dealer relationships.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also manage AR, stock levels, and administration to support business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience
• Must be proactive, able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prefer Senior Executives / Assistant Manager in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
• Bachelors Degree or higher required

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to expand business with assigned dealers.
• Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen our branding awareness/presence in the assigned dealers.
• Keep abreast with development and competition in the assigned dealers and relay insights to Heads of Departments.
• Ensure HQ sales objectives and sales strategies are carried out at dealer level.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Account Receivables: monitor AR performance and ensure collections within policy.
• Stock Management: provide accurate forecasts and maintain healthy stock levels.
• Administration: disseminate sales information to dealers and gather market feedback.
