Job summary

Assign Metal Components (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator/Executive to drive sales targets, develop marketing plans, and build strong relationships with customers. You will prepare proposals, conduct market surveys, and promote our engineering services and products.

Candidates from any related field with at least 2 years of experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently are welcome.

Responsibilities

• To obtain sales target set by the management.
• Responsible to complete and close sales with customer; implement marketing strategies and plan to maintain good relationship with customer and increased the sales volume.
• To develop company sales prospect in order to continue to develop a solid foundation for long term business sustain ability.
• Conduct market survey on competitor's products and services.
• Prepare and recommend the suitable marketing plan to increase our market share in related market field.
• Implement overall project or market plan that instructed by management.
• Maintain servicing and satisfy for existing customer.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customer.
• Identify customer needs, wants and demand thus can fulfil the customer accordingly.
• Make appointment with potential customer to promote and advertise our engineering services/ products and services provided and other related services.
• Responsible to respond and reply to all enquiry requests by customer via fax or email.
• To assist and involve in other functions where and when directed by the Management.
