Job summary

Lenchong Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. seeks an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our customer base, promote products, and develop new business opportunities.

You will manage the full sales process—from identifying prospects and responding to enquiries to preparing quotations and closing sales. The role also supports marketing activities to raise product awareness and generate qualified leads, maintain customer relationships, and prepare proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willing to contact new prospects and develop customer relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, referrals and networking.
• Respond to sales enquiries and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue and customer-development targets.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Create promotional content for social media, campaigns, brochures and launches.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and activity reports.
