Responsibilities

Coordinate sales and service activities of account specialists to grow new business and retention.
Select, train, and coach team members, assess performance, and advise on HR issues.
Manage regional sales operations for cost efficiency and budget adherence.
Maintain relationships with key customer areas of responsibility.
Develop or enable new business opportunities.
Leverage network of contacts with specialized expertise as needed.
Identify risks and opportunities from external changes 1–2 years ahead.
Design and implement process and system changes.
Prepare and execute annual budget for the area.
Set and monitor operational objectives aligned to SBSU strategy.
Ensure documentation and communication of policies and standards.
Monitor activities to identify risks and non-compliance.
Participate in or lead risk assessments and escalate issues.
