Qualifications

• Leads a team of finance professionals with advanced financial analysis and modelling.
• Must have strong IFRS/Reporting standards knowledge.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting and modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with Insurance finance concepts and actuarial principles is a plus.
• Understanding of the financial regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
• Actuarial background in Life Insurance/Investor Relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced Finance experts and deliver advanced financial analysis.
• Provide deep financial analysis on business performance and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Prepare messages and reports for leadership on projected outcomes of initiatives.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with external regulators.
• Collaborate with Controllers to identify finance process improvements.
• Liaise with external agencies to ensure Zurich delivers on commitments.
