Job summary

SAP Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive for SAP Finance and Spend Management in Malaysia. The role focuses on owning LoB accounts, driving end-to-end value, and leading strategic engagements to accelerate cloud adoption and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to shape the solution roadmap, negotiate complex deals, and ensure customer success across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in a quota carrying role
• 4+ years domain experience in Finance and Spend Management
• Deep SAP and domain expertise, with strong AI and innovation trends
• Proven experience in account management, solution sales, or customer success roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship building and client advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Account Ownership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer goals and broader team plans
• Drive End-to-End Customer Value Journey with Domain Expertise: Provide domain expertise and lead transformation roadmaps for the LoB
• Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts to grow pipeline and revenue
• Product Success & Innovation: Lead go-to-market for new products, engage with customers early, validate solutions, and influence the product roadmap with AI initiatives
• Enablement, Demos & Prototypes: Support solution advisors with demo readiness and scalable enablement assets, including POCs and prototypes
• Value Proposition & Executive Engagement: Create ROI narratives, conduct strategic discovery, and drive executive buy-in
• Commercial Negotiations: Navigate pricing and contractual discussions balancing profitability and customer expectations
• Adoption & Consumption: Support CS teams to ensure successful delivery and maximize customer value
• Customer Success & Field Impact: Own LoB deal cycles, renewals, and executive engagement

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
