Job summary

Tenthpin Management Consultants is seeking an experienced SAP Business Development Manager to drive growth of SAP solutions across Malaysia, with a focus on Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors. You will develop new business opportunities, build strategic relationships and manage end-to-end sales for Growth and RISE with SAP, including cloud ERP and digital transformation.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably SAP, cloud ERP or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in selling SAP solutions, cloud ERP or SaaS solutions.
• Experience managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of cloud ERP, SaaS and digital transformation.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
