Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance & Admin Executive to manage the full set of monthly financial statements and the day-to-day accounts and admin duties using SAP B1.

The role requires at least 2 years in a senior accounting position, a finance/accounting degree, and a meticulous, proactive mindset. Salary is up to MYR 6,500 monthly with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior accounting role.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, independent and responsible.
• Experience with financial management software; SAP B1 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set monthly financial statements.
• Handle day-to-day accounts and admin tasks.
• Prepare cheques, payment vouchers and related tasks.
• Maintain documentation and filing for accounting entries.
• Manage cash inflows/outflows and records.
• Analyze monthly project performance.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and institutions.
• Implement internal controls and SOP compliance.
• Responsible for AR and monthly aging reports.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting & admin duties as assigned.
