Lenovo Malaysia is seeking an AP Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment Specialist to manage end-to-end reverse logistics and refurbishment activities across returned products, defective parts, repair centers, and refurbishment partners.

The role focuses on inventory control, cost optimization, and compliance while driving customer satisfaction across the reverse supply chain. You will lead RCA/CAPA activities and develop KPI dashboards to monitor repair yield and turnaround times.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in reverse logistics, service operations, refurbishment, or aftermarket services.
• Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end reverse logistics and refurbishment across AP markets.
• Monitor and drive performance of repair/refurbishment vendors against KPIs.
• Control reverse inventory, aging stock, and disposition activities to maximize recovery value.
• Coordinate cross-border repair and refurbishment movements with compliance.
• Lead RCA, CAPA, and DOA investigations to improve quality and performance.
• Govern scrap disposition processes and ensure tracking and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for repair yield, turnaround time, inventory aging, and costs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve customer experience.
