The Reverse Logistics Refurbishment Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end AP reverse logistics and refurbishment operations across returned products, defective parts, repair centers, and refurbishment partners. The role ensures timely return, repair, refurbishment, inventory control, and disposition activities while driving operational excellence, cost optimization, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the reverse supply chain.
Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Service Delivery teams, customers, and external partners, the specialist will ensure operational KPIs are achieved while continuously improving repair yield, cycle time, quality, and cost performance.
