Job summary

Vsconsultancy is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Malaysia to identify and approach potential clients across healthcare and corporate sectors, expanding recruitment services. You will drive opportunities, secure service agreements, and promote job opportunities through marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork, with travel as needed to meet clients and close deals in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or recruitment is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proactive, hardworking, independent, and target-oriented.
• Willing to meet clients and travel when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, hospitals, healthcare institutions, companies, and employers.
• Develop new business opportunities and secure recruitment service agreements.
• Promote the company’s recruitment and manpower services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate business proposals, service fees, and partnership agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment services.
• Promote job vacancies and recruitment campaigns through social media and online platforms.
