You will serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal team, driving high-quality service and successful placements.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for sales and business development within the recruitment industry.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or business development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely and successful candidate placements.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.
