Job summary

NFT ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to review construction drawings, BQ, and project specifications, and to manage tendering for main contractor scopes in a Malaysia-based role.

You will prepare monthly progress claims, assist in cost control and budgeting, and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred as role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and project specifications.
• Manage tendering activities for main contractor scope of works.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims for both main contracts and subcontractors.
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
