Job summary

Selia Selenggara Selatan Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage budgeting, cost analysis, tender procedures and contract administration across diverse projects. The role combines meticulous cost control with proactive liaison to ensure value and compliance.

You will inspect sites, prepare budgetary estimates, attend progress meetings, handle interim payments and claims, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to finalize cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgetary estimates to meet project requirements and perform cost analysis
• Attend Tender procedures and prepare Tender reports
• Inspect sites and collate information for monthly statements including interim payments, claims and cost assessments
• Liaise, negotiate and monitor contracts; process payments and invoices to suppliers
• Prepare contract administration duties (BTB papers, sub-contractor appointments)
• Liaise with sub-contractors to advise on contract requirements
• Attend progress meetings and handle contractual correspondence
