Job summary

Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Malaysia. You will play a key role in cost estimation, contract administration, and ensuring project costs are managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

You will participate in tenders, prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documentation, evaluate quotations, and monitor budgets. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Excel, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply – subject to company discretion).
• Good knowledge of construction materials, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and attend site meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all tender events, study the scope of works, specifications, drawings, and conditions of contract.
• Identify commercial, contractual, and technical requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documentation.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform cost control and budgeting throughout project phases.
• Assist in contract administration, including progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits for measurement and progress evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
