Job summary

SACCOTECH Sdn Bhd is seeking a cost estimator/tender manager to support project budgeting, tender preparation and contract oversight. The role involves evaluating costs, potential risks and contractual terms to ensure successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will prepare budgets, forecast material costs and manage tender documentation, while updating budgets for changes and guiding tender submissions through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost estimation, budgeting and risk analysis in construction or projects.
• Familiarity with tender documentation and contract management processes.
• Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities and manage tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.
• Analyse terms and conditions in the contract.
• Predict potential risks and mitigate them.
• Forecast material costs for projects.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts and budgets.
