Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is hiring a Purchasing Executive to manage the daily procurement cycle, obtain quotations, issue POs, verify specifications and pricing, and follow up on deliveries. You will prepare monthly purchasing reports, handle purchase returns, and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain minimum stock levels while sourcing from local and overseas vendors.

Requirements include a Diploma, 1–2 years in purchasing, Mandarin preferred, ERP and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• Mandarin preferred as vendors are Mandarin-speaking from overseas.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience.
• Computer literate with ERP system and MS Office.
• ISO internal & external audit knowledge is an advantage.
• Good working attitude and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing cycle: respond to PR, obtain quotations, issue POs, verify specs and pricing, and follow up on deliveries.
• Prepare and update monthly purchasing reports.
• Generate purchase returns and credit entries for goods returns.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Source and negotiate with local and overseas vendors; ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records/data and pricing in ERP; assist in ISO documentation when needed.
