Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang and Kuala Lumpur is seeking experienced leaders to join our Walk-In Interview drive. The role covers leadership in purchasing, materials management, and strategic cost control within a global manufacturing environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience, including supervisory exposure, and preferable indirect materials purchasing background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; and five years experience, including two years in supervisory role.
• Experience in Indirect materials purchasing will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Purchasing Staff.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors that can be improved; make improvements.
• Coach and mentor Materials staff to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Create and manage succession plans for Materials function.
• Define, develop and implement a Materials strategy, which contributes to the campus strategic directions.
• Monitor and ensure materials supply meet the MRP requirements to support production.
