Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management or Engineering).
• PMP certified professional is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years work-related experience in a supervisory/management role.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience or related discipline.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate project requirements for execution.
• Build teams to address project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with customers from requirements to product acceptance/approval.
• Define milestones and objectives with input from stakeholders.
• Review project schedules with project managers and coordinators.
• Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to achieve goals.
• Communicate project objectives in terms of strategic business objectives.
• Manage control of costs, quality and scope within schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and risk analysis.
• Report project status, issues and corrective actions to stakeholders.
