Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years procurement experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading/writing/speaking) for documents and communication.
• Able to review BOM and technical drawings and issue POs on schedule.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing of materials and components based on BOM and specifications.
• Develop, evaluate and maintain strategic supplier relationships to secure pricing and lead times.
• Prepare cost analyses, budget planning and procurement reports for strategic decisions.
• Oversee PRs and ensure timely issuance of POs; monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to align procurement with objectives.
• Optimize inventory to balance stock levels with carrying costs and quality compliance.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and risk management; maintain procurement documentation for audits.
