Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and supplier coordination in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. You will optimize material sourcing, track orders, and negotiate favorable terms with global vendors.

The role requires at least two years in procurement, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to engage with East Asia suppliers. Mandarin is a plus, and you will report to the procurement manager in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of procurement experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Ability to communicate with East Asia suppliers.
• Experience using modern enterprise planning tools and office software.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prioritize independently.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and communicating with suppliers to evaluate terms and lead times.
• Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, including order imports, delivery tracking, and payment processing.
• Negotiating pricing structures, payment schedules, and supply agreements.
• Maintaining an approved supplier listing for inventory management.
• Coordinating with internal teams and global vendors to ensure on-time deliverables.
