Job summary

Hua Hin Marketing Sdn Bhd, located in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Purchasing Executive to manage purchase orders, monitor stock, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely purchasing. The role requires 2–3 years in purchasing or related fields and strong Excel/ERP skills.

The successful candidate will handle supplier invoices, CNs, rebates, and reconciliation, while maintaining thorough procurement documentation and collaborating with the Accounts team on payments and costing adjustments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in purchasing, costing, or accounts-related roles.
• Experience in handling supplier invoices, credit notes (CN), rebates, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP / accounting systems.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO) accurately and timely.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for purchasing needs.
• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Handle supplier invoices, credit notes (CN), and perform supplier statement reconciliation.
• Monitor and verify rebate arrangements, ensuring accurate tracking and claims.
• Maintain proper documentation for procurement and costing records.
• Liaise with Accounts team on payment, costing, and adjustments.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, pricing discrepancies, or supplier claims.
