Job summary

HID Global in Malaysia is seeking a Purchasing Executive to support daily procurement operations. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials and optimal stock levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in procurement, with strong English and Mandarin language skills. Oracle proficiency and MS Office are desirable. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' working experience in procurement related roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Orders to suppliers (raw materials & indirect purchases).
• Coordinate daily with internal customers, warehouse and suppliers on JIT deliveries.
• Negotiate terms for fixed-rate purchases and renewals.
• Issue RFQs and liaise with suppliers on samples, data sheets, and damaged goods.
• Maintain item codes and procurement data in ERP systems.
• Handle import shipments and prepare procurement reports.
