Job summary

FEPA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support the purchasing team and ensure materials and components are available on time for production. This role offers a path to grow within Purchasing and Supply Chain.

Qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; purchasing/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchasing activities, including quotation, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Finance on purchasing requirements.
• Handle urgent orders, delivery delays and material shortages.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update the ERP system.
