Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
• Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to hit targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate an internal sales team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular product briefings and sales training for the team.
• Provide weekly sales performance reports to the Senior Management team.
