Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the property development business into its next phase of growth. The role holds full P&L responsibility and directs strategic direction of the development pipeline and sales engines.

The ideal candidate combines sharp financial acumen with a proven track record of delivering iconic projects and driving aggressive sales revenue on a diversified portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of senior leadership experience, including 8–10 years in a C-suite role.
• Extensive cross-sector experience in property development, construction, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing multi-billion ringgit operations and diverse portfolios.
• Strong governance, risk management, and ESG implementation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement with boards and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead property development unit with full P&L accountability.
• Define long-term strategic vision for growth and portfolio expansion.
• Manage end-to-end development pipeline from land acquisition to design.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with strong governance.
• Drive sales engine strategy and aggressive revenue targets.
• Oversee marketing, pricing, and positioning to maximize absorption.
• Engage with boards, investors, and government authorities.
