Responsibilities

• Source new potential and follow up project clients.
• Prepare quotations and tenders for projects.
• Schedule appointments, make presentations and training for professional clients.
• Explain technical aspects and perform product commissioning prior to installation.
• Troubleshoot product or installation issues.
• Conduct cold calls to identify new clients and projects.
• Provide monthly project delivery and follow-up reports.
• Assist with technical issues arising from service-related matters.
