Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive (Electrical Products) in Penang to develop product knowledge, engage with developers and designers, and secure specifications for new projects. The role involves identifying opportunities, presenting products, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely delivery across regions.

Applicants should have a diploma and 2–3 years in business development or sales, with project sales experience in construction/electrical/building

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
Project sales experience, preferably within construction, electrical, or building materials sectors.
Willing to travel outstation, including Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak).

Responsibilities

Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications for new projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers to close sales.
Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support.
Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
