Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in project-based industries such as electrical products, construction, building materials or related sectors.
• Experience engaging developers, consultants, architects and contractors is preferred.
• Experience managing project pipelines, quotations and sales opportunities through to order closure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming projects and promote Legrand electrical solutions during design and specification stages.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions with product/technical teams.
• Monitor project progress from specification through quotation, order confirmation and delivery.
• Develop and manage a healthy project pipeline within Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority framework and secure orders.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customer service, supply chain, technical support, product management and finance on availability, clarification, credit matters, order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
